Luka is like. Airier version of Len. A little girlier. I can't tell the difference between Len and Luka sometimes orz One time I had a Vocaloid song on my iPod and I didn't have the artist. My sis and I had an hour long discussion on whether it was Luka or Len. We never did find out ;;

Like, Kiyotel is too soft. :[ But dang, he does sound like Kaito (in that cover). But I think it really depends on how the P uses him, anywho (it always does, LOL). I mean, he doesn't sound like Kaito at all to me in Re:NG songs. |D And I love them Kiyotel!Re:NG songs. <333
There's a different sound to his voice, but his tone is similar to Kaito's. Kinda like how Len and Luka have similar pronunciation, which makes them sound alike.
