WELL I'LL EXPLAIN IT. If you want to know lolol. If you don't, just skip over the whole next chunk.
The first significant time Iceland shows up is after Romano's death. Norway has been missing for a few days - which is apparently really out of character - and Iceland is freaking out because all of the deaths. He goes to Italy for help, not knowing about Romano's death, and well ... the two are in a miserable state, but Italy tries to help Iceland.
Second time is when Netherlands - I think - and Iceland are out and they get ambushed by 6 of the killers. Netherlands stays behind to distract them and tells Iceland to run. He does, but eventually gets caught. And well. He um. Gets abused and stuff. QAQ But then later he comes back bleeding and injured.

Well, I think it's rather nice that the two countries are so close, ya'know? Like the whole thing with being each other's largest trade partners and the longest unguarded border and stuff. I don't really have anything against how Canadians and Americans come and go so easily between borders. If that's what you mean LOL. o.e

In history, we didn't really talk much about their relationship since we started in the early 1900's and by WWI, Canada was already starting to become more independent. all I remember is that when England declared war Canada, Australia, etc. were officially in the war, too. And apparently the Canadians and Aussies made an awesome team in combat.
Also, Australia has no pop tarts.

Oh, well, I was reading the Just Bugs Me (now Headscratchers) page on TVTropes and I remember people complaining about the US x England ship because people were acting like the Revolution was the ~worst~ thing to ever happen to England, when it really wasn't. Maybe it was for America, but not England. . .

That's actually REALLY true LOL. I read somewhere that there was this survey thing. Apparently, Americans' favourite country - other than USA - is Canada. The same can't be said for Canadians LOLOL.
I know most of Canada isn't very uh, nice about Americans LOL. Here though most of my friends don't really care. ;; I guess what they say about Vancouver being the least Canadian city in Canada is kind of true LOL. Especially with our hockey players and whatnot OTL.
